Our standard lanyard length is 35.5” (90 cm). Our available widths are: 3/8” (10mm), 5/8” (15mm), 3/4" (20mm) and 1” (25mm). Custom lengths are available for specific needs.

Most of our lanyards require a minimum order of 50, apart from woven lanyards which have a minimum order requirement of 100.

Absolutely! We can custom dye your lanyards to your specific brand color. We can, also, print in your specified pantone colors as well.

Breakaway Lanyards: Feature a Lan05 safety release mechanism that opens if the lanyard is pulled sharply, which is ideal for safety.

Retractable Lanyards: Have a retractable badge reel to extend and retract the attached item.

Adjustable Lanyards: Bead or slide adjusters are utilized to customize length

• Swivel Hooks (metal and plastic): For ID cards or badge holders.
• Key Rings: To attach keys.
• Badge Reels: Allow IDs or cards to be pulled out easily.
• Cell Phone Loops: Securely attach cell phones or similar items.

Yes, we can customize your lanyard with more than one end fitting.

• Woven Lanyard: Text and logos are woven into the fabric, making them durable and long-lasting. Not recommended for intricate designs.

Printed Lanyard: Designs are screen-printed (onto) or dye-sublimated (into) the lanyard material, allowing for vibrant colors and more complex designs.

Yes, we can accommodate multiple logos and/or text.

Unfortunately, no, we do not manufacture personalized lanyards.

The preferred format is either an Ai (Adobe Illustrator), EPS or PDF file which enables us to simply drag and drop your logo on to our hand tailored product templates. This is the fastest way to receive your free virtual sample.

These formats contain vector images created entirely in digital form which enable us to resize to any specification while maintaining 100% print quality.
